Payments not showing on Statements

Good day. I am paying my account every month, but the payments is not appearing on the statement. I am using my account number as reference and the account number is correct. I have been trying to contact the municipality numerous times. I have telephoned and emailed but there is no answer and my emails is not responded to. I do not live in Rustenburg and therefore cannot visit the Municipal offices. Please resolve this issue asap.
