Non existent service provision

We moved to Renosterfontein/Rex area which is a rural area near Rustenburg and in the service area of the local municipality. Since we moved here in November, we've lost thousands of rands, because of fridges melting down due to electricity failures. In the last week we had 3 power failures because of bad maintenance, one of them lasted almost 2 days. Is this the kind of services and people who we are supposed to vote for in the next municipal election? People who show no interest in those who they want to vote for them, those who should vote to keep them in their positions. Services which is our right, firstly because it is our constitutional right to have access to basic water and electricity and secondly because we pay for it. Everywhere around Rustenburg you see teams, cutting grass. Half of each team standing or laying around while the other half take a turn to work. Taxpayers \ business owners keep losing money because of power failures, the roads are in a terrible condition, costing lives for that matter but according to RLM there is not sufficient funds to pay more people to work on power failures and road maintenance, but they hire lots and lots of grass cutters to create jobs.... for what? Pre-election face buying?
