NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!

The worst service that I have ever came across, I have been trying to get hold of someone in the local municipality for 2 days in every department but not one person answers the phone, not even the switchboard has a person their that can answer the phones. The only dept that answers their phone is the fire dept, this is pathetic!!!! What is the purpose of a municiplaity to repair and keep Rustenburg up and running if their is not ONE PERSON ANSWERING A PHONE!!!!

Cuckoo Avenue in Safari Gardens needs the street lights to be repaired, the entire street's lights is not working for 3 days now already. Can someone REPAIR THE STREET LIGHTS, THERE IS A REASON FOR THE LIGHTS AND THAT IS WHY THEY SHOULD WOR****! Not even customer care answers their phones!!!
