NO SERVICE

There was NO waste collection at Erich's Place Boschstreet Rustenburg and all the bags has now been torn with waste everywhere in front of the main entrance gate facing Boschstreet and Technical College grounds, it is filthy. I tried to contact Waste Management , had to dial in 5 times because the "number of waste management does not exist" , after 45 minutes without anybody helping me i am sending this complaint . Ridiculous really to go through 10 people and still no service at all.
