<p>I bought a 2012 polo vivo trendline 1.4 blue in colour.I was covered with Mimay insurance before the car left the garage after 6 days driving that car I got accident.At the scene of the accident I called Mimay and they managed to come a tow the car.They took the car to penel beating unlimited,after a week they made a call saying the car is repeatable and it will cost R36 000 so I will pay access fee of R10 000.Few days after they called me again saying I'm not covered because I haven't paid a first premium and the agreement we had on the phone is that they take the money at the end of the month.Now my car is at Rustenburg penel beating unlimited they are saying the car will cos me R44 000 so I have paid R20 000 deposit.I need hello Peter to help with the issue of the insurance because if was not covered they showed have towed my car at the scene.</p>
