Litter left in front of my yard

Came home and found LHD parked in my driveway(HSV 700 NW).Kindly asked gentleman to move it.Then he refused to do so.Got agitated and asked if he could move his ****.They dug a hole and left the remains on my driveway I then asked the gentleman to please remove it he rep**** that he will return but still nothing.
