Financially incarcerated by Rustenburg Local Municipallity

Municipalities are charging for services such as Electricity supply & consumption, Water supply and consumption, waste, sewage and property taxes. Water and electricity consumption is based on meter readings or at the least PERIODICAL readings with intermittent estimations. Our account has been based on estimations for the most part of two years Two occasions where the actual readings were taken by their representative was also ignored and the estimations continued. Photos of the meter reading was handed in but this is also being ignored to continue with over estimations. The Calculated reading on a spreadsheet held and the actual meter reading already amounts to over R10 000 over payment with no end in sight. Where will this end and how many others are paying for units not used. Seems grossly unfair and bordering on ******** intent to unfairly boost municipal income.
