Bad n unacceptable customer service

Hi ,my name is simphiwe and I bought cash a queen bed ,air fryer n bed protector(queen size) at russells mams mall on the 24 of November 2024 with no delivery because I had my van to collect n the spot but I was told that they still waiting for stock to come so I can collect it.

Even to day I haven't receive anything from them ,when I try to enquire with dem they say I am forced to pay for a delivery fee because the stock comes from the warehouse that I was nit told that when I decide to pay cash .

To cut my story short I went to the store to get my refund on the 10 of February 2025 n I was asked to bring my bank statement n I'd copy ,I did n today when I ask them they say I must bring a statement again to see that really I didn't receive my money.

M angry n disappointed to get the service I got from that store.
