Poor quality bed
Mamelodi Denlyn Russells in January 2026 unfortunately the bed is damage already I communicated from February till date,until this day I constantly have to call and follow up on the bed please note that I have done all the process needed to report the iteam.I just feel that this company is very disrespectful and doesn't value my business, the bed is not comfortable anymore is hallo and gives me back pains Please note I bot the bed CASH,NO CREDIT involved,Please note should the replacement not done by Friday I will be returning the damaged bed to the store and I want my full refund.... Please note I will also contact the consumer Act regarding this matter.Please see the attached slip of the item, *** I DONT WANT ANY EXCHANGES ANYMORE I WANT MY MONEY BACK TO GO PURCHASE IN A RELIABLE STORE.
