They RUSH to serve and Deliver

Before I used this service I went online to check out reviews.I found a number of negatives than positive because I think people are quick to review one bad experience. When they are happy they forget to 5 star the service provider.

I almost missed out on excellent service. Starting from their user-friendly website that enables you to do a quick quote and send a parcel, to the agents who are available online to chat to you in need of assistance instead of a robot that can't answer some questions, to their quick response to queries and their working relationship with The Courier guy services. The courier service was faster than I could be ready for their collection.

Even when the mistake was mine Rush Courier would go out of their way to resolve my issue. I have found a courier company for whatever I need to send now(essential products) and future after the Lockdown. I am impressed.
