Steel your money
They have made a trippel booking took 2 time money they dont answer the phone or emails they steel from u iam a ling time custemor this is the firts time very disipointing

No feedback from Rush Courier
I usually use them as I find their rates to be very good but, when you have a problem with them you just never get any support. This week I paid for a courier, and when the transaction showed successful, the screen suddenly went to an error message. I did the transaction again and the same happened. The next morning, two courier orders/waybills were in my inbox. I emailed them with all the proof and asked for a refund for the one. Till now nobody has answered. The same happened a while back when they revamped their website. Just no feedback received and no refund.

Rush Couriers no longer exists
I have often used Rush Couriers over the past two years to obtain competitive quotes on courier services. They seems to have fallen off the planet - they happily processed the cost of my quote but then failed to appoint the courier company, do not answer their phones and do not respond to mails. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE SERVICE AND WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
