Shoddy Customer Service RUSH Couriers

<p>I have now on more than once occassion had problems with RUSH to have parcels picked up and delivered to customers in time. <br /><br />You can call to try and resolve problems but they just don't come back to you in the time lines promised. <br />They will not make effort to sort and stay on top of a problem if you do report a problem, only empty promises to come back to you. </p> <p><br />When you try to get a number for senior management you get told they are not allowed to hand it out and you need to speak to the local brancuh manager, who does not resolve it anyway, just say sorry we are not to blame. </p> <p>The manner in which they run their service, clearly does not work, from the Facebook complaints it seems to be common problem. <br /><br />Why not listen to your customers and change your process that clearly does not work for your customers. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
