Shocking service. No deliveries

<p>I am absolutely furious. I am using Skynet couriers through Rush and the service is shocking! I have ordered overnight express parcels from 24th July & my clients are still waiting. They have very excuse under the sun from no waybill. To the one where I placed order 27July & they say I missed cut off...fair enough then why didn’t they collet Friday, but then they say supplier closed at 3pm, so they couldn’t, yet today its 1pm & I expressed how urgent this order, is as my clients event is this evening & they say no they will collect today before 5 and deliver tomorrow before 5? How can that be overnight courier if they getting it 4 days later. I use this company daily and every one of my orders has been a nightmare & no one bothers to call me back or assist me?</p>
