Rush Courier Service Absolutley useless

Why do these people offer an overnight service and take your money the same day, I booked the collection and they cant even get back to a person 5 days after you placed the order. The haven't even bothered calling to collect this parcel. When you phone RUSH, not one of the operators can give you an answer about why the package is not being picked up, or when it is going to be picked up. Where is the minus star rating for these people?????
