Reoccurring terrible service from Rush

Always have an issue with Rush and their services. If it's not parcels not being collected it's that they don't even offer a timetable or schedule so you basically sit around all day waiting for a delivery company that might pitch up. Today Skynet did not collect two parcels and they were too lazy to call me to let me know they were here and instead just left. This is a reoccurring problem with Rush couriers.
