Parcel gone Missing

Absolute Shocking service.

1- Booked (26 Oct) a Economy service collection from Pretoria to deliver in Cape Town. Order was collected two days after (28 Oct) and then the parcel went missing for 10 days (DSV) only to be delivered on 11 November. 15 days it took for a 3working day service.

2- On a second chance I booked a urgent parcel from Durban to CPT with overnight service. Trying to get hold of the courier as my waybill didnt work I found out that my parcel only just got on line Haul from JHB enroute to Cape Town this after it should have been delivered. Deadline missed and I am carrying the expense of my client.

Really disappointed in Rush. This business model clearly isnt working.
