No Service and theft of money

I had ordered courier online and paid for overnight courier through rush on 22 September. I printed as instructed per the instructions. 3 days later no one collected my urgent parcel, i then used another courier service and they collected the same day. upon request to cancel the order and many phone calls i have not received any help to refund the order, a week later they then send someone to collect. I once again asked for my refund and no response. RUSH has ****** my money and are considered ******* right now. I still have not received any feedback on my refund to this day 11 October. Pathetic service and communication from rush!
