NO COLLECTION????

I made a booking at 8:00 on Tuesday for a very urgent parcel to be collected and we are on Tuesday 12:26 and still no parcel collection??????????????????????????// This is madness!! Why offer an express service when you only plan to waist peoples time and money. This parcel not being delivered by Friday will result in me losing a client and having to refund them so i lose alllll the way. NO ONE is getting back to me and i have mailed so many times and also tried to call. This is not the first time i am being disappointed. Really bad courier company or should i say middle man!
