FAIL TO DELIVER PARCEL

I am very disappointed by the lack of communication from their side. Its just the usually practice of taking your money and then no further assistance. I have booked two parcels trough them with Skynet, the one parcel I waited 4 days to be collected after I send an email to follow up, the other parcel was booked as an overnight parcel, where I paid them R300 and 4 days later that parcel has still not reach the client and there is NO tracking details for any of these parcels on their site or SKYNET site. I have emailed them without any success or assistance asking the progress of the parcels. This has now cost me financially and my business. I have used them several times and always refer them to fellow business owners and feel that they could be more accommodating assisting their clients. Very disappointing.
