Extremely poor service

Rush has to be the most inefficient and unreliable courier service. I had ordered something from an online store which was given to rush to courier. Two days after I had recieved the email stating that my product was out on shipment i had checked my status and my parcel was sent back to the depot. On calling the consultant had told me that it was sent back because it had two addresses and would be delivered Monday morning. When Monday came there still hadn't been any parcel delivered so I called company and the consultant was supposed to get back to be but he didn't so I had emailed the store which I had bought the item from on Tuesday and they were very helpful , turns out my parcel was damaged so the company had sent another one of what I had ordered via express delivery with an expectation of it being delivered between 8 and 10 am on Wednesday morning. By 10 there had still been no response. At 12pm the driver had called to say that he cannot find the house so I directed him to it but still no delivery so again ,I had called rush and the consultant was going to get back to me . Still waiting for my package to be delivered.
