Extremely bad service!! stay away!!!

Extremely bad service!!! Paid for an overnight to be collected, 2 days later, still nothing. They do not respond to telephone queries, email queries or the live chat. Been holding 10 minutes for the agent to establish where the parcel is, I phoned SKynet in 2 minutes to establish the same thing. They are eager for your business and money but do not deliver the goods, nor the refund.
