Empty Promises

<p>I've been waiting 3 days now for my parcels to be COLLECTED and I haven't received any communication as to where the courier is and when they'll be collecting. I've already paid for everything but I'm not getting assisted. When I called yesterday (16 Feb 2017) they said the courier would collect between 5-6pm and it is now 12 midday on the 17th Feb 2017 and I'm still sitting with the parcels. When I placed the order I was promised same day collection on the 15th Feb 2017 because I placed the order before 14:30</p>
