Badest service ever

I will never ever recommend this useless company to anyone. I booked and paid my parcels for collection on Wednesday 29/11/2017 for collection 30/11/2017 for overnight, on 01/12/2017 I am still sitting with it, the manager Jolene promised to call me after 10:00 with a solution, its now 12:21 and im still waiting for her call, when I called in she is conveniently not in the office! this is really the worst service ever!!
