BAD SERVICE!!!

I booked a parcel through Rush courier service on Wednesday 04/05/2016, it was booked on ONX thus I was expecting it on Thursday 05/05/2016. Today is Friday 06/05/2016 and still nothing. This is the second occurrence, as the week before that I also booked an ONX service on 28/04/2016, to be delivered to customer on 29/04/2016, yet it was only delivered on 03/05/2016. I realize that Monday the 02/05/2016 was a public holiday, however it was booked on ONX, hence should have been delivered on 29/04/2016, as advertised and paid for!
