Excellent
I had some issues with a refund onMy Runway order and was quiet frustrated at first .however ,I was assisted by a Lady named Shameemah who went above and beyond to help me .she gave me clear clarity on the process ,was very patient, and made sure my was sorted .she turned a bad experience into a Good one .Excellent customer service from Shameemah ,My Runway is Lucky to have her.. Promotion for her please please 🙂

myRunwaySale, wrong order delivered and delayed delivery!!!!!!
myRunwaySale delivery times are 1-5 days, I placed an order on the 30 April 2026 app and website said "payment received" even on Monday when I checked it still said "payment received" Had I not called about my order I wouldnt have received it at all, I would have still been thinking that its coming. On 5 May 2026 I called to ask when will I get my delivery and they confirmed that I would get it in a day or two which is great news. I get home and my pacakage is waiting for me to be opened. myRunwaySale packed an incorrect order and I mentioned to the lady I spoke to that I needed those items for an event that I have for the weekend and now I am stressed out as to what to do and this is not the first time they have done this. I am really frustrated and tottaly annoyed - I wont be recommending myRunwaysSale to anyone anymore nor use it myself. Disappointed !!
