I had some issues with a refund onMy Runway order and was quiet frustrated at first .however ,I was assisted by a Lady named Shameemah who went above and beyond to help me .she gave me clear clarity on the process ,was very patient, and made sure my was sorted .she turned a bad experience into a Good one .Excellent customer service from Shameemah ,My Runway is Lucky to have her..
