Good day.

We had purchased a rugged tablet from Rugged phones a year ago, and screen had packed up this year. It had dead spots - where certain parts of the touch screen wasn't responding to touch.

We had sent it to Rugged phones in a good condition for a warranty claim with nothing else wrong with the phone apart from the touchscreen issue. , Rugged-Phones had gotten back to me stating that the phone isn't switching on, and its horribly damaged which is absolute *******.

What is even more frustrating is the ignorance, that they have shown towards us - with even emailing the directors, we have heard no response from them.

** dnt look after your business - look after your customers!, they the ones taking care of your business.
