False advertising

I bought the Jesy J9S from you, the phone is freezing or overheats and worst of all its not IP69 rated like you brag on your ad or website, even the box says IP68, I bought the phone specifically for the IP 69 rating and I really feel like I have been given a raw deal, you blocked me on your Facebook and I cannot comment anymore.
