Discontinued Stock and Repairs

<p>I bought a Rugged SA phone via Takealot in May 2016.</p> <p>About a week ago the phone fell and broke, which is funny, seeing that its a shock proof phone.</p> <p>I made contact with Rugged SA on 15 Aug, regarding repairs or guarentee on the phone, I received an email back form Jaques, from Rugged SA on 16 Aug.</p> <p>According to Jaques, the phone can not be fixed, as they dont stock the product anymore. (The phone is 3 months old, must I just throw it in the dustbin now???)</p> <p>After a while, after i mentioned that i bought the phone from takealot, he said that, and I quote "We have not ever sold via Takealot so it seems that you maybe have contacted the wrong company which you bought the phone from..."</p> <p>He asked me for my Rugged SA order number,after I told him I did not purchace the phone directly from them.</p> <p>It seems like i don't get any responce from them regarding a guarantee or anything.</p> <p>Is there not suppose to be one?????</p> <p>I will never buy any of Rugged SA's products again, ever.</p>
