After Sales Fail
Purchase the top of the range phone with a FLIR camera (one of 6 phones I'v purchased from them over the last few years for my business). After a year it was inoperable, so I took it in for repair. After a month of "waiting for parts" I collected what I thought was my expensively repaired phone, but turned out to be an different versions of the phone without the FLIR camera. Four months later and I still have no answer from Rugged as to how this will be resolved.

05 Feb 2024, 13:16After this review we were contacted by Rugged, they sent a courier to collect the phone and two weeks later sent back the same phone with a retrofitted Flir camera, another 2 weeks of making a plan wit a backup phone.
