UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER OF R119

I can't believe what *****s Rubybox are! I cancelled my subscrition with them last year already because of poor service and its not worth it. Today the 03/07/2015 they decide to debit my account for nothing, without my concent!! Their telephone line is also not in use. What kind of company are you trying to run by ******** people?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
