Poor service

I decided to subscribe to RubyBox surprise box. I thought it would be great to receive new products. However it has been an absolute nightmare. My 1st box was perfect!I thought that set the president for the following months. However my second box was a disaster and I actually received a bottle that was almost Empty of Moya Bath Milk. I was shocked because clearly this was a used item. Another problem is that you are allowed to specify your requirements on their site. It's called the beauty profile. I had that all done and received tanning cream. I'm of Indian origin and if my beauty profile was not a give away then my name and surname was!So I called the customer service to complain. I was attended to by Christopher. The most unfriendly person I've ever come across. He kept quiet after each thing that I said. Didn't apologize and all he said was that I give my tanning lotion to someone else that can use it.Anyway all he said was that he would give me 30 Rubyrands and that equates to R30 yet my subscription is R169 and they promise goods for R250. I then emailed and he called back to say that they will send me another box. This month I received an old Christmas box from 2014
