MISLEADING ADVERTS

I received a email about the 50% sale on the mini box with the top 5 products that you receive 3 off the products in your box. I told my friends and we ordered 8 boxes after receiving the boxes we opened it and to our surprise we got samples of the products, that you get for free at red square and it cost us R500 for the 8 boxes and the courier. Nobody want the samples cause its not worth the money we paid for it, I called ruby box this morning and send a email saying we want to send it back cause we are not happy with samples. And the man I spoke to that helped me place my order said we will get different products in the second box but all the products is the same. after calling them and the man said the manager will call me back cause they want me to pay the second time for the courier and I refuse, cause its not my mistake they send samples and not stating that the products is samples. And after a whole day i'm still waiting for the manager to call back. They are quick to try to get you to buy products but when it comes to customer care its pathetic service. that's why people cansel their services
