Unprofessional sales person with bad attitude

I'm very disappointed about service I received from Rubber Sealant company in Edenvale.

I requested a quote of 12 buckets worth more than R22000 twenty two thousand. It was paid on the 15 July. I waited for my delivery until 23 of July. I enquired about it, was told they can not locate payment even after sending POP. The guy kept on saying he will come back to me.

I asked how possible you can locate payment made a week ago and he didn't give me clear clarity when can I expect my order. Instead he said he doesn't work with orders.

Is this how you treat someone who has been a loyal customer for more than 6 years? Or it depends who you dealing with? Very unprofessional.
