I placed an order on the 20th of September but all I got from them was the invoice of my order….the order number I was given is *** traceable….they don't reply to my WhatsApp messages when I try to enquire about my order…..this is the worst company, just give me my money back if you can't honour my order

Bad customer service
I bought 10 buckets of rubber sealant and 2 bonding liquid from this shop and one of the buckets was almost half. I took a picture and sent it on WhatsApp and didn't get a response the whole day. Today I sent another message. The guy who was speaking to me on WhatsApp was very rude. He told me to relax, that I'm not the only customer, and he was dropping my calls. He asked me if I have used the paint, I said yes we have used the paint. He said according to him the buckets are filled accordingly from their factory, then he said someone can lie that the paint was not full. What would be my point of lying when I bought so much paint? I also told him I have been a customer for more than 5 years. He said being a customer doesn't give me entitlement to ask for another 5L when the bucket was not full. Instead of apologising, he continued being rude to me. We had another quote for R19,600 from them and I have cancelled it. I'm not going to be buying from this shop anymore.

Unprofessional sales person with bad attitude
RUBBER SEALANT Edenvale I'm very disappointed about service I received from Rubber Sealant company in Edenvale. I requested a quote of 12 buckets worth more than R22000 twenty two thousand. It was paid on the 15 July. I waited for my delivery until 23 of July. I enquired about it, was told they can not locate payment even after sending POP. The guy kept on saying he will come back to me. I asked how possible you can locate payment made a week ago and he didn't give me clear clarity when can I expect my order. Instead he said he doesn't work with orders. Is this how you treat someone who has been a loyal customer for more than 6 years? Or it depends who you dealing with? Very unprofessional.

Had the worst experience with the branch in Paarl. Pre ordered 20l Grey and was told I could collect next day. I drove an hour to the shop only to be told it hasn't arrived yet and apparently their courier was not answering hes phone. I then left and the salesman ignored my calls and text. Would not recommend anyone doing business with them

I ordered paint online on 26 February 2026 and paid for the paint from Rubber Sealant. Since then I tried to contact Rubber Sealant 5 times on two cellphone numbers that appear on the invoice. They did not answer their phones nor did they return my call. I then sent the invoice to their Paarl branch and Gauteng via whatsapp and request a delivery date. Nobody came back to me. I sent an email today to request the same, but needless to say - nobody came back to me. It is absolutely shocking. I never had such bad service from any company ever in my life - and I am a pensioner.
