Worst useless pathetic *********** illiterate delivery company

WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER! They delivered our business parcels to the wrong shop and now that shop (our competitor) has our supplier's details. The shop has a completely different name, so they clearly didn't even bother checking the shop name that was printed clearly on all 3 boxes and the waybills. They didn't even try to call us. Now there is nothing we can do to undo what has been done and they just do not care. They say its a normal mistake. I say it is unacceptable and they will be held liable once our competitors start selling the same products that we sell!
