Worst service ever the drivers are useless

<p>I have been waiting for my parcel from MTN for two days since 11/01/17 I even took days off from work the driver will come to my place and he doesn't call or ask the security guard he just park his car then he leaves. How am I suppose to know that he is outside. When he get to the warehouse he tells them that there was no one whilst I have been at home for 2 days waiting for the parcel so tell me what does that mean. Your services guys it sucks and it's not organised.</p> <p>If there is anyone who can help I will appreciate </p>
