Worst service ever

This is by far the worst Logistics company to deal with. Endo from the PE branch is of no help at all firstly I het told my parcel is in PE and scheduled for delivery on the 8th of August. Endo then calls me back and tells me the parcel is still in Wynberg and will only arrive in 48 hours. I then politely asked him to please let me speak to a manager so that I can just get the right information as I need to communicate with my client on where there stock is. Endo refuses to put me through to a manager, tells me sorry he can't help me and slams the phone down? What discusting services from RTT and ENDO. Definitely will never ever use RTT ever again!!!!
