WORST SERVICE

This courier company does not deliver as promised. Incredible connection uses them even though there are so many complaints about the service customers receive. Clearly it makes no difference to Incredible connection whether their customers are happy or not. I phoned RTT three days in a row. No delivery. The third day all of a sudden, my address details are not correct and Incredible connection never gave it through correctly. Maybe RTT should have said so on the first, second and third day I tried to find out where my parcel was. TERRIBLE SERVICE
