WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER!!

I have ordered a bag at Firstshop on the 04th August 2022. Today is the 15th August and i am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. I have sent an email and no one bothered to respond. I tried calling and i spoke to some rude lady on Thursday the 11th, I called again today and i cant get through.
