Treating people unfairly and failing to adhere to promises

I am highly disappointed in the way I've been treated by the staff of rtt so I was walking past a guy with boxes and he let the boxes fall on my foot and when I told him he injured me he laughed and continue with his job his colleague that was with him including himself stood and spoke to me asking me not to inform their company about it and then he walked off leaving his colleague and he said he would come to my work probably to inform me of next steps during to injuries but hasn't happened I am so fed up with the way I've been treated this has been taken up with the risk manager whom I called numerous times and whenever I was promised a call back it never happened I constantly need to call back for feedback and when I saw the guy again he threatened me in front of witnesses saying it will go to court which I'm happy to do as I spent my time and money at a doctor which I didn't have to do. I experience so much pain when it's cold yet nobody cares the risk manager said it has been taken to his legal team yet no sort of feedback not even a phone call not even a text anyway I am really fed up of being treated like a piece of nothing I'm the one suffering at the end of the day and their lives are going on. I haven't received any form of feedback or any sort of confirmation of what's happening moving forward I feel like I'm the one at the short end of the stick yet I'm the one that needs to sit with constant pain and especially with winter coming up now the pain already is unbearable now in the cold I can't fathom to think how it would be winter times.
