Terrible experience with RTT logistics

Absolutely terrible service. Ive been waiting for a sim card delivery for almost 3 weeks now. When I call they either dont pick up or make me confirm my details for the millionith time and tell me the will schedule my delivery for the next day which never happens. They dont update my tracking details and lie and say i dont pick up my phone or i wasnt at the place of delivery.On the 18th of Nov 2025 I once again expressed my frustration and that I need my parcel to be delivered the next day which would be today 19th of Nov 2025. I explained that after that day I will be moving towns and I needed this Sim card for mobile data and that the delivery has been delayed so much that my first deduction will happen soon and I havent even received my Sim. They offer no solutions, only excuses. I dont understand why Cell c still uses them for delivery. It appears I not the only one with this complaint. They clearly dont care for private clients and only value corporate clients
