I politely asked your driver Nkhetheni to leave my parcel(blanket from Homechoice) with the security as i'm at work, he/she did not do that or bother responding to my request, then i got a Whatsapp stating delivery failed because i'm not around.Really guys? i am expecting guests this coming weekend and need that blanket delivered tomorrow, before i escalate tp Homechoice.
