Still waiting for delivery!!!!

<p>I have been waiting for a Homechoice delivery which has been with RTT since the 21st of November.and when i call everytime they say consignment is on the floor..delivery due tomorrow. Please can someone rectify this.My parcel number is PSF ********** 6. i ordered it because i needed it not to waste airtime trying to call they customer service daily</p>
