Service excellence joke!

Absolutely NO service!! Been trying to log a collection for a parcel now for THREE (3) weeks. No-one can direct me to the right person. That person (Kyle) does not bother to come back to me. First person I emailed apparently no longer works there yet her email is still active! You phone their call center... have to hold on for hours while NO one seems to know what they are doing. And the message on hold keeps on rambling on about service excellence!! What a joke! how can you run a courier business when you can't even effectively log a collection. I will now use someone else. Can someone from RTT couriers Please call me!
