RTT/Courier IT worst possible courier firm in SOuth Africa. Zero service
They do not answer their phones. THey put you on hold. Customer number *** in line. Then, when you get to 1, they cut you off. Their sub division "Courier It" also does not answer there phones and on top off all their courier delivery guys lie and say you were not home/ did not answer phones or parcel was not ready. Their whatsapp lines do not work. It is a horrible, horrible company with less then zero customer service. Do not ever use these companies. You will regret every step of the way
