RTT/Courier IT - URGENT Complaint: Parcel Not Delivered since 13 March

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from RTT. My parcel has been in RTT’s possession since 13 March and has still not been delivered. The tracking status has consistently shown “out for delivery” with no actual delivery attempt, no contact, and no communication from RTT whatsoever. I have already sent an email enquiry and received no response. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. At this point, I am being forced to consider payment obligations through Takealot / PayJustNow for an item that I have not received, which is unfair and concerning. I require urgent action and clarity on the following:

The exact current location of my parcel A confirmed delivery date Immediate communication regarding this matter

If this is not resolved urgently, I will escalate this further through all available channels, including formal complaints and public escalation. This is completely unacceptable service.
