RTT - worst courier service in South Africa

RTT is by far the Worst courier company in South Africa. Damaged our products multiple times; sent orders to wrong address; extremally long delivery times (Johannesburg to Cape town took 2 weeks!) Shocking customer service - our dedicated account manager would dodge my calls, mails and messages. Hides behind paperwork when they have clearly damaged our goods due to incompetence on their depot floors - drove forklift straight into our product!

I will be shouting far and wide to all companies to avoid RTT.
