RTT ( The "Pathetic" Logistics)

RTT you are useless, useless, useless!!! You need to remove your slogan "Intelligent Logistics" . I have a parcel laying there for 4 days in the warehouse and nothing is being done about it being delivered. No communication from you or from JD Electronics (Incredible connection).....I will never use either services again!
