RTT Not A Transport Company But A Storage Facility

RTT (Durban) is the worst transport company that I've had the displeasure to deal with. I should know because I work for a transport & logistics company. Ordered a DVD player from Hi Fi Corp online on Monday and as per tracking it was supposed to delivered on Thursday (latest Friday). There was no line of communication with me (client) whatsoever and they "apparently" captured the wrong delivery address. The only problem is, when I phoned this morning (Friday) to Hi Fi Corp customer care & directly to RTT Couriers, they all had the correct delivery address. I spoke to Angel who was very polite & helpful. I was then transfered to Pauline who was abnoxiously rude to say the least. Her retort was we do not deal with you guys & we cannot deliver as we already came to deliver(which was an obvious lie). After 2 days of total silence, only when I phoned they want to deliver on Monday as the package was sent back to returns.
